REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
When you buy from dalu.qa we want you to be happy with your purchase. So, if you need to return a product, get it exchanged or refunded, we want to make it as easy as possible.
Here is everything you need to know:
Our Warranty

Dalu does not provide warranty on any products.

Dalu warrants that our “Products” shall be free from material and manufacturing defects.

Dalu imports high quality products from well-known international brands. We are certain that our products will meet or exceed the performance standards outlined in International Grading Standards.

Dalu implements extensive quality control measures to meet high quality assurance standards.
Our Refund Policy

To take advantages of services, return and replacements, the original invoice must be presented.

Return must be in full boxes and make sure material must be unused.

If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below:

Dalu is unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7-10 days from the date of authorization must be given.

Products faulty on arrival

Products are lost in deliveries.

Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Bundle offers or free items offers: In this case you will have to return all the items in this offer.

Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place.

We would refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.

Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

7 Days money back Guarantee if you change your mind, provided that the merchandise is as new, in a re-sellable condition and the consumables are still sealed, refund can be granted upon Dalu approval within 7 days after delivery. However, the normal delivery or supplier delivery charge as well as card transaction charges will be charged back as well as any additional charges incurred by courier collection.

When replacing the items, the value of the return must be same as of the invoice

All disputes are subject to Qatar jurisdiction only.

Giftshed wants the customers to be happy & have hassle free returns/refunds if there are any. Return and refund will be in cash or same mode if the payment is in credit card ( if possible ).

It is customer’s responsibility to check and verify the quantity before and after buying or while receiving the material.
How to Return a Product

All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 7-day period if the product is found to be Faulty. In such cases the product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed. (Contact customer services for info@dalu.qa for the any further clarifications).

After the 7-day window for refund of faulty products any product that becomes faulty after this period will be subject to dalu.qa approval, customer support can assist in directing you to Giftshed store location so that after sales service can be arranged (where applicable).

Any product past the initial period of refund as set out above will not be eligible for refund.
Courier Delivered Products
If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we can arrange a courier collection for its return. Call customer services (+974 4450 3823) to arrange this. Please make sure courier collected products are well packaged for their return journey all outer packaging must be in the condition it was received in.
How to Exchange or Replace a Product
In case of an incident where a replacement product may be required again please contact the customer services team who will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for replacement and/or faulty products.
Charges and Getting your Refund
Delivery charges:
If you have told us you're going to return all your order within seven working days of receiving it due to faulty products we will or we will not refund your delivery charge in full. If you're only returning some of the products, or all the products but after the seven working day period, your delivery charge will not be refunded and further charges for uplift may apply.

Getting your Refund:
We want you to be happy, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you’re welcome to bring full price items into our retail store located in Doha Festival City mall, Floor 1, Zone C within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, or within 14 days for an exchange. Reduced items can be exchanged within 3 days. Remember to bring along a valid receipt and one of our Giftologists will be able to help you. All refunds, if applicable, will be made in the same mode of payment used on the original invoice. Returns cannot be accepted on personalized products unless the item is faulty. If a personalized item is faulty, our normal Returns policy applies.
If you have received a faulty product, please bring your product into our retail store located on the first floor of Doha Festival City mall where one of our Giftologists would love to help you. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@dalu.qa providing photos and proof of purchase, and we will do all we can to help. Refunds and exchanges of defective items will be in accordance with Qatar Ministry rules.
