Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information may not always reflect the product information exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted by us. Prices on this website may differ from prices for the same product in our stores.

Information We Collect

We collect various types of information depending upon how you use our site. We will not disclose your personal details to third parties.

When you become dalu.qa registered user, we collect information from you including your name, mailing address, email address and password. This information is gathered to make your shopping experience as a registered user as quick and easy as possible. Additionally, we collect certain personal information if you choose to opt-in to our email newsletters or SMS alerts.

When you order from us, we collect some personal information from you including your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number(s) and gift voucher number. We also store information on the person who will receive any gift you send (e.g., that person's name and address) and we will retain a record of your purchases. In addition, if you are a registered user and have signed in when you enter this information, it will automatically be saved in your “my account” area for ease of reference. We are not storing any customer's credit card information with us, we are use 3rd party service (Fatora) for payments .

You understand that you, and not Dalu, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us. Certain items available online are age restricted. By placing an order for one of these items you are declaring that you are over the minimum age at which you are allowed to purchase these items. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately.

Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us and complete when we send email confirmation to you that we've received your order and the order has been accepted. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed do not form part of that contract.

Prices
Prices on dalu.qa may differ from pricing within our stores. In addition to this, sales and promotions that appear online may not always appear in our stores and vice versa. The duration of sales and promotions may also be different online and our stores.

Sale
We will introduce sales promotions and sale periods online in line with current legislation. However, products in the sale, the overall sale offer and the duration of the sale online may differ from that in our retail store.

Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you’re welcome to bring full price items into our retail store located in Doha Festival City mall, Floor 1, Zone C within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, or within 14 days for an exchange. Reduced items can be exchanged within 3 days. Remember to bring along a valid receipt and one of our Giftologists will be able to help you. All refunds, if applicable, will be made in the same mode of payment used on the original invoice. Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item is faulty. If a personalised item is faulty, our normal Returns policy applies.

If you have received a faulty product, please bring your product into our retail store located on the first floor of Doha Festival City mall where one of our Giftologists would love to help you. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@giftshed.com providing photos and proof of purchase, and we will do all we can to help. Refunds and exchanges of defective items will be in accordance with Ministry rules.

Cancellation Policy

If you’d like to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, please email us at info@dalu.qa with your order number and we’ll do what we can to help. If your order contains any personalization, then you may not be able to cancel as the personalisation process begins immediately. Please contact info@dalu.qa to check the status of your order.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change it or add to it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a separate order.

We try to process your order as fast as possible, which means that once an order has been submitted, we're unable to make any changes. However, you may be able to still cancel your order and place a new one instead. (excluding any personalized products). Contact us at info@dalu.qa and we'd love to see how we can help.

Delivery Policy

We are currently working on providing home delivery services in Qatar - so stay tuned for more information on this. In the meantime, when you order and make payment online, your order will be ready for collection in store. All you need to bring is your order number with you.

We aim to process orders by the next working day. If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note that order process times can take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 1-2 business days from placing your order.

Once your order is ready for collection in store, we’ll send you an email or a text message to let you know.

Occasionally, we run out of stock of some items. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will be in contact about the missing item(s). This allows you to receive the rest of your order promptly without delay.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Terms and Conditions for Personalised Products

Please note that the product images shown are for demonstration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the personalised product.
Delivery
Personalised products or orders containing any personalised products are only available for collection from our retail store. Collection times may vary and are individually stated in the product descriptions. This is because it takes us time to personalise the product. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, they will always be ready for collection separately. You will receive one order confirmation email but two different collection confirmation emails or notifications. We cannot determine which will be available for collection first.

Returns
Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item is faulty. If a personalised item is faulty, our normal Returns policy applies. We will refund the price paid. If you need to return a faulty personalised product, please email us at info@dalu.aq and let us know that your personalised product is faulty.
